Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the total service price. For cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, a 50% charge will apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee: At Pristine Bubbles, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for up to 24 hours after the service has been completed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know, and we will make it right immediately.

Service Terms:

  • Our dedicated team will arrive within the agreed-upon arrival window.
  • Please share any specific instructions or areas of focus during the booking process to customize your cleaning experience.
  • For the safety of our team, we kindly request that pets be secured during the cleaning process.
  • Report any damages or concerns within 24 hours of service completion for prompt resolution.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Pristine Bubbles accepts Credit Card/Debit/Direct Debit

Exclusions: While Pristine Bubbles aims to provide comprehensive cleaning services, please note that our scope excludes handling hazardous materials, specialized surfaces, outdoor areas, heavy lifting, animal waste, rust removal, industrial cleaning, high ceiling fans, and hoarding cleanup

Privacy: We respect your privacy and ensure that any personal information shared during the booking process is handled securely and confidentially. Check our Privacy Policy for more info.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

Refunds: We offer NO REFUNDS once the service is completed.
